Superb Louis Vuitton trunk with stencilled canvas, deep chocolate colored leather borders, solid brass clasps, lock and studs stamped Louis Vuitton, solid brass corners and solid brass side handles stamped LV. Measurement: 76 cm Custom painted French flag and stripes on the sides. Please note that its solid brass handles on the sides are a little crooked, as shown in the photos. This trunk has retained its original interior and has never been reupholstered, it has also retained its original padding under its hood. This Vuitton trunk also retains its original Louis Vuitton label as well as its serial number. The padding is a little torn at the top right, as shown in the photos, but it is original. Underneath, it was made of zinc to protect it from moisture during travel. This Vuitton trunk is in very good condition, as it should be given its age, approximately 100 years old. Perfect to be used as a coffee table, trunk at the end of the bed or side table.
