A truly luxurious and a fantastic example of a wardrobe trunk in amazing condition; covered in Louis Vuitton from the first quarter of the 20th century, originally designed for international passage on steamer boats. In 1870’s, the Wardrobe trunk became the ultimate symbol of Parisian chic for outfits and accessories and a modern version is still made by Lois Vitton today. The trunk exterior is monogramed leather with natural Lozine leather trim and handles, brass hardware with front lock and key. Inside the trunk, one side has a collapsible clothes rack with wooden LV hangers and dust ruffle, which traditionally your butler or maid would set up for you! There is also a stunning briefcase, which stores vertically but neatly rotates to open horizontally. There are six drawers on the other side of the trunk with top divided trinket drawer, four drawers with fabric cover sheets, and a hat drawer. Label: Louis Vuitton.
