Vintage mid century modern 1950’s double cup desk lamp. Brass plated steel components. White steel inside cups/shades. Cast iron weight at underside. All surface clean with some signs of use on the cups/shades being the movable / adjustable parts of the lam, see condition description and pictures. New wiring inside the lamp.
The cups/shades are totally articulated mounted through a sphere connection to the body of the lamp. The cups/shades can be independently rotated 360 degree providing lateral and upward lighting. Totally independently adjustable.
This is a very uncommon and pure 1950’s desk lamp in very good used condition.

The body is in perfect condition with no signs of wear to the brass finish. The Cups / Shades have some condition on the brass finish with light signs of use: 1 cup/shade has some loss of brass finish on the top (see pic), the other shade has an internal spot with some loss of brass coating and lighter steel color showing (see pic), 1 cup has aged differently from the other and has acquired a deeper amber hue. Overall, very good condition without any dents or major scratches.
