Beautiful ‘Hedgehog’ vase, designed by the ceramicist, artist and sculptor Gunnar Nylund in the 1940s for Rorstrand Sweden.
This modernist vase is part of the Chamotte Series, designed between 1936 and 1948 and was made in 5 different colours and 3 different heights. This particular one is in topaz (mustard) and is the middle size. The vase is stamped at the bottom side.
